Grow Well Counseling provides compassionate, judgment-free therapy to help you navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, burned out, or simply not like yourself, we’re here to support your healing and growth.
I also hold additional training in therapy for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs), parenting adjustments, and pregnancy support—because the journey to and through parenthood can be both beautiful and challenging.

At this time, Grow Well Counseling offers virtual visits only.
How do I schedule with you?
You can request a free 15 minute consultation by phone or by submitting a request on our website.
How long are appointments?
Your first appointment will be an intake appointment that will be longer in length at 75 minutes. All following appointments are 55 minutes.
