Meet Our Therapist
About Jordan Berty, LCSW
Welcome—I'm glad you're here.
If you've been searching for a therapist who gets it—someone who won't judge you for struggling, who understands that life doesn't always go according to plan, and who actually believes you can feel better—you're in the right place.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over eight years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. I earned my Master of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis in 2017 and have spent my career working in integrated healthcare settings, which taught me to see the whole picture of what people are going through—not just symptoms on a checklist.
My approach is straightforward: I listen without judgment, help you understand what's really going on beneath the surface, and give you practical tools that actually fit into your life. Whether you're dealing with constant worry, feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating relationship challenges, or trying to cope with burnout, we'll work together to help you feel more grounded and capable.
A note about perinatal mental health: Becoming a parent changed my perspective on how much support people need during this transition—and how little many actually receive. I've pursued specialized training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and have worked extensively with individuals and families during pregnancy and postpartum. If you're struggling with the emotional weight of this journey, I see you, and I'm here to help.
Therapy isn't about fixing what's "wrong" with you—it's about understanding yourself better, building on your strengths, and creating a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. Let's figure this out together.
